Terms of Use The public communication channels forming part of our services are used by all users at their own responsibility. The copyright of the respective comments belong to the users who made such comments, however, Paneldoctor Ltd. shall be entitled to cite these comments or duplicate them without limitation. The comments may be printed, downloaded or disclosed by a third party only for the personal use of such third party, and may be used only upon the operator’s written approval. The following comments will be removed from the website:

       - negative comments concerning race, national, minority or ethnic origin, religion or other belief,

       - comments violating privacy,

       - texts exciting for or accusing with the commission of a criminal offence

       - comments qualifying as an advertisement,

       - meaningless or rude comments, and comments containing offensive words

Please note that the provisions of the following legal regulations apply to the comments and public communications disclosed through public communication channels: Act LXIII of 1992 on the Protection of Personal Data and Disclosure of Data of Public Interest, Act II of 1986 on the Press, in a consolidated structure with Decree 12/1986. (IV. 22.) MT of the Council of Ministers on the Execution of Act II of 1986 on the Press, and Act IV of 1978 on the Criminal Code ofHungary. The user undertakes to compensate all damages caused to the service provider by the user through the violation of the present Terms of Use. In case of a legal dispute, the operator and the user submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Pest Central District Court or of the Metropolitan Court of Budapest, depending on the value of the subject matter of litigation.
